Job Summary
Greet members upon entry, orient spa clients to facilities, and deliver up to 20 treatments weekly while maintaining a safe, clean locker environment. Interview, hire, and coach staff members; manage daily operations including inventory, client relationships, and driving financial goals. Conduct outreach marketing, promote spa treatments and retail, and handle guest questions professionally. Provide detailed descriptions of services, packages, and facility features. Maintain excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting with a valid NY Massage Therapy License.
Required Qualifications
- Valid NY Massage Therapy License
- Management or leadership experience
- Enthusiasm and possession of excellent customer service skills
- Enjoy working with people with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Able to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and money handling skills
- Excellent communication, listening, and computer skills
- Must be a team player
- Must have a legal right to work in the United States
