Job Summary
Lead Massage Therapist at Hand and Stone in Bala Cynwyd. Design specific treatment plans based on clients' needs, create an excellent guest experience through friendly service, generate new clientele via member referrals and memberships, and maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas. Flexible schedules and CE training offered; environment supports growth within a large spa brand. Requires Swedish Massage knowledge; experience with other modalities is a plus and we provide training in all modalities. Must comply with state licensing laws and carry liability insurance; strong communication with clients and staff is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must adhere to state licensing laws and regulations
- Must carry liability insurance
- Knowledge of Swedish Massage required
- Knowledge of other modalities (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Prenatal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue) preferred but not required
- Strong communication with clients, spa management, and staff
