Partner proactively with on-site package sales representatives, engaging attendees in conversation and smoothly handing them off to enter their lead information. Maintain and support a clean, organized exhibit space while assisting leadership with essential event operations. Navigate shifting priorities in busy public spaces, directing traffic and ensuring all guests feel supported. Champion teamwork within the marketing environment by providing seamless coverage during staff breaks. This frontline role reshapes how potential owners discover their next great vacation by delivering an unforgettable experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in events, hospitality, customer service, guest-facing, or sales support roles
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, maintaining composure, and thriving in fast-paced, public-facing environments
- Strength in interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and tactfully engaging with diverse personalities from various cultures
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities simultaneously, and maintain flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on event needs
