Job Summary
Greet event guests with a warm, friendly demeanor and proactively partner with on-site sales representatives to capture lead information. Maintain a clean, organized exhibit space while navigating shifting priorities and directing traffic in busy public spaces. Champion teamwork by providing seamless coverage during staff breaks and adapt to diverse event footprints across Florida. This role requires 1+ years of experience in events or hospitality, with a preference for timeshare or travel industry backgrounds.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in events, hospitality, customer service, guest-facing, or sales support roles
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, maintaining composure, and thriving in fast-paced, public-facing environments
- Strength in interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and tactfully engaging with diverse personalities from various cultures
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities simultaneously, and maintain flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on event needs
- Experience in the timeshare, resort, travel, or hospitality industries is preferred
