Job Summary
Greet event guests with a warm, friendly demeanor to create positive first impressions and direct traffic effectively in busy public spaces. Partner proactively with on-site package sales representatives by engaging attendees in conversation and smoothly handing them off to enter lead information. Maintain and support a clean, inviting exhibit space while assisting leadership with essential event operations. Champion teamwork by providing seamless coverage during staff breaks and adapt to shifting priorities across diverse event footprints in Florida. Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and on-site leadership to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in events, hospitality, customer service, guest-facing, or sales support roles
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, maintaining composure, and thriving in fast-paced, public-facing environments
- Strength in interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and tactfully engaging with diverse personalities from various cultures
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities simultaneously, and maintain flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on event needs
- Experience in the timeshare, resort, travel, or hospitality industries is preferred
