Job Summary
Greet event guests with a warm, friendly demeanor and create positive first impressions that reflect Vacatia's brand. Partner proactively with on-site package sales representatives, engaging attendees in conversation and smoothly handing them off to enter their lead information. Maintain a clean, organized exhibit space and assist leadership with essential event operations while navigating shifting priorities and directing traffic. Champion teamwork within the marketing environment by providing seamless coverage during staff breaks. Requires 1+ years of experience in events, hospitality, or customer service; ability to work weekends and holidays. Located across North and Central Virginia and Maryland.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in events, hospitality, customer service, guest-facing, or sales support roles
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, maintaining composure, and thriving in fast-paced, public-facing environments
- Strength in interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and tactfully engaging with diverse personalities from various cultures
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities simultaneously, and maintain flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on event needs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the timeshare, resort, travel, or hospitality industries
