Job Summary
Build and maintain organizational performance measures and visualizations for Royal Caribbean Group's Global Marine Operations. Connect data sources to create clear, actionable dashboards in Power BI or equivalent tools used in leadership reviews and executive reporting. Translate measurement requirements from internal clients into functional solutions independently, managing workload across Capital PMO, Marine Management, and Marine Transformation functions. Maintain and update communications platforms proactively, partnering with IT resources when needed to support complex requirements while designing scalable, simple tools that avoid overengineering.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in an analytical, business, or information systems discipline
Desired Qualifications
- Domain experience in marine, cruise, or a comparable operating environment
