Job Summary
Lead team of Technicians in manufacturing supplies for development and clinical studies. Independently set up, operate, troubleshoot and dismantle a broad range of equipment for manufacturing Nova Pneuma Inc products. Lead and coordinate execution of experimental, clinical and process qualification and validation activities. Lead select manufacturing processes and initiate investigations when deviations occur. Assume Supervisor responsibilities when absent. Generate and revise SOPs and Production Records. Provide leadership and direction to Technicians; deliver on-the-job and SOP training. Ensure a safe work environment and investigate safety incidents. Coordinate with Maintenance and Facilities to keep equipment and facilities in good working order. Communicate pertinent issues between shifts. Requires ability to travel; on-site in Fremont, CA.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience
- 6+ years experience in the biopharmaceutical or medical device industry
- AA or AS in a Life Sciences or Engineering discipline preferred
