Job Summary
Lead front-line manufacturing employees in the winding shop for transformer production, overseeing daily operations, ensuring reliability and quality on the production line, and managing staffing and performance development. Bring extensive HV transformer manufacturing expertise, guide policy/strategy with analytical thinking, and drive small projects. Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues, articulate performance expectations, and contribute to competitive differentiation in the winding shop domain; relocation offered and candidate must operate in Vadodara, India.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or high school diploma / GED) with extensive experience in winding shop transformer manufacturing
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in winding shop transformer manufacturing
- Strong domain knowledge of high voltage transformer manufacturing process
- Ability to hire and develop talent; direct people management responsibilities
