Lead Manufacturing Process Engineer

Job Summary
Lead the industrialization strategy for new products, ensuring assembly processes are capable, repeatable, and scalable from pilot build to full-rate production. Drive continuous improvement by executing Lean methodologies to optimize workflows and minimize operational waste. Develop production cell architectures, detailed process flows, and work instructions while managing complex product structures in SAP and the HERMES MES platform. Act as technical approver for engineering changes to ensure production readiness and compliance. Maximize throughput by proactively identifying and eliminating production bottlenecks through DFM/DFA initiatives and advanced manufacturing solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an electronics or electro-mechanical manufacturing environment, preferably with box builds and system final assembly
- Proven ability to create and manage complex product structures in SAP and MES
- In-depth familiarity with IPC-A-610/620 electronics manufacturing and quality standards
- Proven track record in Lean Manufacturing (Kaizen/5S) and process optimization
