Job Summary
Manage master planning, material processes, and systems by preparing and updating production schedules and purchasing needs. Optimize inventory and drive process improvements while ensuring operational alignment with production plans and KPIs. Lead the development of specialized knowledge in Gas Turbine and Accessory Module Assembly, serving as a best practice resource for the team. Contribute to strategy and policy development with moderate autonomy, utilizing judgment to propose solutions and guide new team members. Requires a Bachelor's degree, three years of leadership experience in manufacturing planning, and proficiency in ERP systems and complex data analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Manufacturing & Materials Planning and Execution function at a leadership level
- Proficiency in using Planning and Project Management Software tools
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for complex and big data analysis
- Experience with working with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
- The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of Inventory - Raw / WIP or DIO for monitoring, control and reporting
- Experience with use of ERP Systems (SAP)
- Advanced ability to read and interpret Manufacturing Bill of Materials (BOMs)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
