Lead Manufacturing Engineering Technician - 2nd Shift

Job Summary

Start machines, resolve alarms for robots and TCUs, and maintain optimal efficiency on injection molding equipment. Troubleshoot mold and material issues, manage die changes, and ensure accurate paperwork completion. Adjust controls for quality and cycle efficiency while following OSHA safety rules and proper equipment disposal protocols. Submit continuous improvement ideas and maintain cleanroom appearance standards. Report special attention problems to Production engineers.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Preferably 3-5 years of experience in the injection molding process and tooling (including tooling qualifications and troubleshooting), or equivalent
  • Preferably experience in process validations and adjustments through IQ, OQ & PQ
  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines
  • Must be able to follow all OSHA and safety rules and regulations

Desired Qualifications

  • Preferably 3-5 years of experience in the injection molding process and tooling (including tooling qualifications and troubleshooting), or equivalent
  • Preferably experience in process validations and adjustments through IQ, OQ & PQ
