Lead Manufacturing Engineer

Lead the Manufacturing Engineering function and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. Collaborate with Test and Quality Engineering leads and the Manufacturing Shift Lead to optimize process testing, manage a team of Manufacturing Engineers and Machine Support Engineers, and align with the manufacturing plan. Demonstrate expert knowledge of the Manufacturing Engineering environment, share information across ME with internal and external teams, drive current and future technical system improvements, support labour forecasting and skills planning, and benchmark technology to deliver best-in-class engineering solutions while maintaining strong customer relationships and a focus on cost, quality, and on-time delivery.
