Job Summary
Lead Manufacturing Engineer responsible for defining, documenting, and controlling production processes including tooling and equipment; lead improvement projects focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost; own and drive output performance for lean lines; coach other Manufacturing Engineers; troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing performance; requires experience with LEAN manufacturing, CNC machining, milling, grinding, and EDM machining; candidate must have access to U.S. export-controlled information and be eligible to work in the United States; relocation assistance provided; salary range $91,700–$152,700 with potential geographic differential; discretionary annual bonus; comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing.
