Job Summary
Lead and manage the software testing process by developing test automation solutions, creating standard frameworks, and ensuring appropriate test environments. Collaborate with product teams to evaluate new testing tools and methodologies, while conducting code reviews and documenting defects from estimation to sign-off. Coordinate between onsite and offshore teams, provide demos to end customers, and guide the testing team toward common goals. Drive QA objectives and decisions with strong technical skills in Java, Selenium, Rest, and API testing.
