Job Summary
Lead end to end operational delivery of email, SMS, mobile, and direct mail campaigns for 12+ brands, serving as a core end user of Adobe Experience Platform and Campaign tools to optimize digital marketing efforts. Responsible for campaign/journey intake, scoping, handoffs, execution readiness, and production deployment using Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions (Campaign V8 and AEP); act as escalation point for complex operational issues, campaign risks, and production incidents. Communicates consumer journey strategies, audience segmentation, and personalization; builds and implements campaign setups, validation, execution, and testing; optimizes performance via A/B testing, personalization, and content management; ensures deliverability and permission-based marketing compliance; troubleshoots workflow and platform issues (Adobe Campaign Classic/V8/AEP); governs campaign requirements as a Workfront power user; partners with IT, Adobe, and vendors on enhancements, automation, and release readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, Business or Marketing or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of regulated industry experience
- 3+ years of Digital Marketing experience
- 2+ years’ experience in Adobe Campaign / AJO / AEP
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Marketing Campaign tools and CRM platforms (Adobe Campaign, Workfront, Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot, AWeber, MailChimp etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise SMS deployments (through vendors like Sinch or Twilio)
- Understanding of key marketing regulations like CAN-SPAM, TCPA, etc.
- Adobe Certified Expert type certification (example: Adobe Campaign Classic Business Practitioner)
- Proven ability to manage complex, high volume campaign workflows across multiple stakeholders
