Job Summary
Lead Manager, Brand Campaigns leads development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for Make-A-Wish national drive periods and tentpole events. Responsibilities include planning activation elements, coordinating with stakeholders across marketing, fundraising, communications and creative teams, producing and approving campaign assets, guiding social media and earned media activation, managing partnerships and vendor relationships, tracking performance data, and supporting budgeting and RFP processes. Requires collaborating with internal/external teams to meet deadlines, producing briefs and recommendations, and ensuring campaigns drive brand reach and revenue growth. Strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, data-driven evaluation, and delivering engaging, story-driven marketing content across paid, PSA/in-kind, events, and social channels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field required.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or public relations (nonprofit, corporate, or agency).
- 3+ years of marketing experience in a non-profit setting or equivalent managing a non-profit partnership in a brand/agency setting is preferred.
