Job Summary
Sourcing and nurturing leads for astrologer onboarding through social media, lead generation portals, and inbound inquiries. Reach out to potential candidates, explain the onboarding process, and assess their suitability for the AstroLokal platform. Coordinate with quality teams to schedule assessments and interviews while maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize lead conversion rates. Fluent in Malayalam and English required. This role supports our mission to connect users with verified astrologers across India and the Philippines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, Astrologers Onboarding and Retention, Supply Operations
- Must be fluent in Malayalam & English (Read, Write & Speak)
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
