Lead Maintenance

As Maintenance Service Supervisor at Village Green, you will oversee the maintenance department’s daily operations and ensure the apartment community remains well-maintained and functional. You’ll supervise and delegate work orders to maintenance staff, inspect completed work, and handle service requests across HVAC, boiler, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and related systems. The role includes mentoring and training staff, participating in candidate interviews, contributing to energy-management decisions, identifying capital improvements with estimates/bids, and assisting with the maintenance budget. A background in hotel/apartment/hospital maintenance or engineering with supervisory experience, plus strong customer service and computer skills, is preferred. Proficiency in plumbing systems, appliances, water heaters, chillers/boilers, and EPA Universal Certification is advantageous, along with a track record of preventative maintenance programs and capital-project experience.
