Lead Maintenance Technician

Lead Maintenance Technician responsible for assisting the General Manager in hotel operations and ensuring maintenance standards are met. Performs repairs and preventative maintenance across building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, kitchen equipment) and maintains facility equipment per brand standards. Supervises and trains maintenance staff, documents preventative maintenance activities, and responds to work orders while maintaining guest satisfaction and safety. Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds unassisted, push/pull 100 pounds, stand for long periods, and operate hand and power tools. Strong knowledge of building trades, safety procedures, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff within budgetary guidelines. Requires basic computer knowledge and adherence to safety and security measures; two years of relevant experience and HVAC/pool maintenance certifications are preferred.
