Job Summary
Lead Maintenance Technician role overseeing highly physical, hands-on multi-craft maintenance of precision mechanical equipment and hydraulic/high-pressure systems. Responsibilities include daily machine maintenance, fluid and coolant management, filter changes, mechanical repairs (wire guides, die guides, ball screws, linear guides), electrical troubleshooting (480V 3-phase motors and drives, basic PLC troubleshooting), and PM/maintenance program ownership to maximize spindle uptime. Will act as primary point of contact for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical vendors, with an eye toward scaling the maintenance program and growing into a Maintenance Manager role. Requires independent work, strong mechanical aptitude, CNC experience preferred, and eligibility to work in the US with successful background check completion.
