Job Summary
Make ready units for new move-ins and complete grounds work including breezeway blowing and light landscaping. Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor to execute projects and work orders efficiently. Perform minor electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and masonry repairs using appropriate tools. Maintain, repair, and replace HVAC systems while diagnosing problems and adjusting parts. Schedule and complete preventative maintenance programs by reading equipment manuals. Respond to emergency situations during and after hours to resolve immediate concerns. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean work areas. Work flexible hours under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.
