Job Summary
Lead Maintenance Technician responsible for maintenance and repairs of company equipment, with duties including general upkeep of aesthetics (e.g., painting, landscaping) and providing leadership to other maintenance techs. Role entails building maintenance across resort facilities, prioritizing work based on needs of team and guests, and implementing corrective actions to improve facilities. Requires minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical, HVAC/R, or other trades, ability to work outdoors in all weather, strong communication and troubleshooting skills, safety focus, and mechanical aptitude as an asset. Employment type is year-round with full-time and part-time hours available; starting wage range is $23.00/hr to $30.91/hr.
