Lead Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
Lead and supervise the maintenance team on the assigned shift, ensuring all maintenance tasks are logged and tracked. Oversee work order progress to guarantee timely completion while troubleshooting minor electrical problems like blown fuses and detecting unusual machine sounds. Install piping systems in PVC, stainless steel, or iron; install machinery per specifications; repair centrifugal and pneumatic pumps; and weld metal parts using TIG or arc methods. Fabricate or modify equipment using hand tools such as saws, drills, and grinders. Requires 5-10 years of maintenance experience, ability to lift 40 lbs, prior manufacturing and forklift experience, and leadership skills. Occasional weekends required for quarterly maintenance.
