Job Summary
Lead Maintenance Technician for Depot Miami Apartments in Miami Beach, FL, responsible for preventative and turnover maintenance, HVAC/plumbing/electrical repairs, grounds upkeep, inventory management, and ensuring safety and quality standards while delivering strong resident service and on-call coverage. Applies innovation, execution, and servant leadership to maintain a safe, well‐maintained property and achieve high resident satisfaction; collaborates with Property Manager and team to report progress and address service requests promptly.
Required Qualifications
- HVAC/EPA Certification
- High school diploma or related Vocational Training and/or equivalent work experience
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Experience operating equipment & tools including hand tools, power tools and riding equipment
- Previous plumbing, electrical, appliance, mechanical, drywall repairs, carpentry and pool/spa maintenance experience
- Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule with paid on call hours
