Job Summary
Conduct general building, grounds, and machine maintenance to ensure uninterrupted production, overseeing outside contractors for safe facility operations. Diagnose and repair malfunctions on CNC equipment, lathes, and machining centers while administering Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) systems. Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and upkeep of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plant structures. Utilize computerized maintenance management systems to track work orders and maintain accurate records, spare parts inventories, and paperwork. Requires both indoor and outdoor work with a focus on environmental, health, and safety compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to make repairs on CNC Equipment and other machinery at an exceedingly high level
- Diagnose machine malfunctions and operating issues
- Repair and maintain plant equipment and machine
- Troubleshooting & Preventative Maintenance with CNC lathes and machining centers
- Administers maintenance engineering functions and operations to maintain the physical structures, machinery, utilities, facilities and property and arrangement of production machines and equipment
- Utilizes computerized maintenance management system for tracking maintenance work orders
- Requires both indoor and outdoor work
- Environmental, health and safe compliance always
- Assists in maintaining appropriate spare parts inventories
