Job Summary
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building interiors and exteriors. Assist in general maintenance tasks including carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, locksmith, and mechanics. Prepare and paint walls, maintain records of preventative maintenance, and conduct safety checks. Requires ability to lift and move objects, handle tools, and operate equipment. Position entails occasional after-hours work and may involve outdoor conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Two year experience as a semi-skilled worker in one or more of the basic building maintenance trades
- One year experience in a warehouse distribution operation
- Knowledge of manual and electrical hand tools
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include off-shift hours and weekend assignments
- Must be able to operate a forklift, light truck and other related motorized equipment
