Job Summary
Lead Maintenance Technician to supervise the maintenance team and oversee work orders and repairs at the 260-unit Estate at Woodmen Ridge community. Responsibilities include prioritizing and scheduling projects and staff, completing maintenance service requests across HVAC, electrical, pool maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and housekeeping, turning vacants for move-in in a timely and efficient manner, and handling after-hours emergency calls as needed (nights and weekends). Requires owning hand tools; travel may be required; strong communication with residents, vendors, and guests; on-site supervision with budget awareness.
Required Qualifications
- General maintenance experience in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and painting
- Strong communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with residents, vendors, and staff
- Own hand tools to carry out job functions
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts as part of on-call responsibility
- Travel may be required to assist other properties or attend training classes
- Prior experience managing a team is strongly preferred
