Lead Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

Allocate work and provide technical direction, assistance, and training to Maintenance Technician staff while ensuring all SOPs, DOT, and OSHA requirements are met. Perform advanced repairs on turbine pumps, electrical motors, centrifugal pumps, and chemical feed systems, including sophisticated electrical troubleshooting. Monitor staff work performance, coach improvements, and prepare maintenance schedules for equipment, vehicles, and facilities. Maintain accurate files and records of work orders and task completion. Willing to work all shifts, including weekends, holidays, evening, and 24-hour emergency on-call. Requires 8 years of experience, a high school diploma, and a valid Class B CDL driver's license.

  • Advanced proficiency with internet
  • Advanced proficiency with CMMS Systems
  • Ability to work with basic office equipment
