Job Summary
Oversee property maintenance and repair across 100+ units, managing on-site staff for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and pool systems. Direct mechanical and electrical repairs, coordinate preventive maintenance programs with the Community Manager, and evaluate work quality against budgeted financial goals. Maintain inventory, complete work orders, and deliver OGG Management customer service standards while responding to on-call requests and working evenings or weekends as needed. Own and maintain job-specific tools and ensure all maintenance reports are completed timely.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to move/lift up to 75 pounds as needed
- Speak, read and write Basic English
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the field or related area
- Direct knowledge of HVAC, boilers, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting/sheetrock, floor covering/tile, pool cleaning and repairs
- HVAC certification
- May be required to meet certain certifications in the field
- Reasonably required to own & maintain job specific tools
- Required to be on call as necessary
- Availability to work evenings and weekends according to business needs of the company
- Knowledge with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures
- Requires a certain degree of creativity and latitude
