Job Summary
Monitor property for repairs and replacements, complete work requests for common areas and units, and perform preventative maintenance. Assess and repair appliances as needed, assist in preparing vacant units for new residents, and supervise site maintenance personnel. Create and maintain a safe work environment while handling occasional on-call duties with a trip stipend. This role supports Dominium's mission to provide quality, affordable housing at Crossroad Commons, a 216-unit community in Manor, TX, fostering community connection and resident well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Valid drivers' license and insurance may be required
Desired Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years previous experience in maintenance preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair
- HVAC and EPA experience preferred
- CPO certification preferred
