Lead Maintenance Technician - Avion

Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations for the apartment community, ensuring all repairs, renovations, and preventative work are completed on time. Manage scheduling for internal staff and outside contractors, while coordinating with third-party suppliers and tracking service requests through software systems. Conduct regular property inspections to verify maintenance completion and ensure compliance with state, federal, and local laws. Order and maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies, keeping the maintenance shop organized and well-stocked. Coordinate structural, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC repairs, alongside grounds management and irrigation system upkeep. Work closely with office staff and the Business Manager to ensure show units and vacant properties are move-in ready. Available full-time Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM with on-call availability required.
