Job Summary
Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen, and laundry equipment while directing other staff on methods, tools, and materials. Perform general carpentry using hand and power tools, safely operate specialized equipment, and manage pool operations if applicable. Teach team members new tasks and share knowledge across building and mechanical trades. Maintain high-level customer service and composure under pressure while adhering to safety precautions and occupational hazards. Requires minimum two years of general building maintenance experience and basic computer skills for technology like "Alice."
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year of general building maintenance or equivalent in a trade profession
- Solid experience performing repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen and laundry equipment
- General carpentry skills
- Knowledge and use of basic hand and power tools
- Ability to safely and correctly use poser tools and equipment
- Knowledge of occupational hazards
- Knowledge of required safety precautions
- Provide high level customer service
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Follow instructions
