Lead Maintenance Team Leader (TPM)

Job Summary
Lead TPM implementation by managing plant equipment reliability, driving autonomous and planned maintenance systems, and eliminating downtime. Build, schedule, and refine preventive and predictive protocols using a CMMS platform while tracking OEE and investigating root causes of machine failures. Coach operators and technicians on troubleshooting, reliability methodologies, and safety protocols including lock-out/tag-out procedures. Propose corrective action plans and execute continuous improvement projects to optimize computerized maintenance systems and ensure safe, peak plant performance. Direct departmental operations planning and staff performance development within established policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on plant experience)
- 3 to 7 years of industrial manufacturing experience
- explicit background in Lean
- TPM deployment

- Strong mastery of CMMS/EAM software (such as SAP PM or Maximo)
