Job Summary
Lead Maintenance role supervising the maintenance team and any contract or temporary workers; oversee preventative maintenance and electrical/HVAC repairs; ensure quality and timely make-ready/turn processes; coach and develop team, conduct annual reviews, and maintain records of activities. Requires EPA Type II or Universal EPA Certification, valid driver license and auto liability insurance, reliable transportation, and willingness to work a rotating on-call schedule. Strong customer service, leadership, problem-solving, and team-management skills are essential.
