Job Summary
Supervise the maintenance team and contract workers while overseeing make-ready turns to ensure quality and timeliness. Perform preventative maintenance and routine electrical repairs, including wiring, HVAC systems, and compressor servicing. Troubleshoot defective parts and controls, then maintain all activity records. Lead, motivate, and coach your team through annual reviews and cross-training. Work 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with rotating on-call availability for emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver license and auto liability insurance
- Must have reliable transportation
- Valid Type II or Universal EPA Certification
- Ability to continuously walk for 8 or more hours per day
- Ability to climb, stoop, bend and grasp objects
- Visual acuity to perform transcribing, operating machines, and motor vehicles
- Ability to remain in a stationary sitting position or stationary standing position 90% of the time
- Ability to work any of the seven days of the week, 52 weeks of the year
- Ability to be on a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours/weekend emergencies
