Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or extensive field experience with strong preference for Mechanical or Electrical Engineering specialization
- Experience in maintenance within the flexibles converting industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team with empathy and effectiveness
- Comprehensive understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a quality/solution orientation
- Proficient in CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle the physical demands of a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
