Job Summary
Lead Maintenance role overseeing complex maintenance operations for a multi-property portfolio. Responsibilities include advanced repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and structural systems; developing and maintaining preventative maintenance programs; ensuring OSHA/EPA safety standards; managing work orders (Yardi or similar), unit turns, and service scheduling; budgeting and cost control; coordinating procurement and vendor relations; leading and training maintenance staff; and delivering high-quality resident service with professional conduct. Requires strong technical expertise, leadership, problem-solving, budgeting awareness, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced property management environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- EPA Certification required
- CPO Certification preferred (if applicable)
- Valid Driver’s License required
- 3–5+ years of property maintenance experience preferred
