Lead Maintenance Planner / Scheduler

Conduct continuous improvement initiatives within the planning and scheduling group while monitoring and mentoring planners and schedulers. Facilitate scheduling update meetings for maintenance projects and outages, coordinating contractors for outage execution and serving as job representatives for permitting and field auditing. Analyze maintenance data using SAP to prepare actionable reports and develop tracking processes for the site team. Order and manage inventory of parts and supplies, track spare parts availability, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Collaborate with vendors to procure tools and equipment, estimate resources for routine maintenance and outage work, and manage costs from requisition through purchase order closure. Train staff on new procedures and publish key performance indicators for outage and project schedules.
