Lead Maintenance

Oversee complex maintenance operations for Hollywood Place, performing advanced repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural systems while managing exterior assets like roofing and lighting. Develop preventative maintenance programs, ensure OSHA and EPA compliance, and maintain accurate logs and emergency procedures. Manage work order systems to track unit turns and minimize downtime, coordinate inventory within budget, and provide on-call emergency response support. Guide maintenance staff through training and workflow coordination to deliver high-quality service and enforce professional standards.
