Job Summary
Respond and complete residential service requests for A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs. Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements. Maintain snow removal, cleaning, and maintenance of grounds and common areas while providing residents with outstanding customer service. Requires at least 12 months of onsite experience, valid identification, and A/C certification. Must possess strong leadership, organizational, and HVAC background skills. Full-time role with a pay rate of $34 per hour. Benefits include 401(k), dental, health, vision insurance, and paid time off.
