Job Summary
Lead Maintenance HVAC role performing on-site residential service requests; resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair; prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turnover repairs and improvements; maintain grounds and common areas; provide residents with outstanding customer service; on-call requirement; HVAC and A/C certification required; 12 months of onsite experience; pool certification as listed. Required Qualifications
- A/C certification – HVAC is required
- On-site experience (12 months)
- Possess valid Identification
- Must have knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances.
- Must be energetic and self-motivated.
