Job Summary
Respond and complete residential service requests for A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs. Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements. Maintain snow removal, cleaning, and grounds maintenance for common areas while providing residents with outstanding customer service. Requires previous apartment maintenance experience, leadership background, and HVAC (EPA) certification. Monday to Friday schedule with rotating emergency weekends. Required Qualifications
- Previous apartment maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical
- HVAC (EPA) Certification
- Reliable transportation
