Job Summary
Lead Maintenance responsible for developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs, monitoring building mechanical systems, and ensuring OSHA and fire-regulation compliance. Performs repairs of mechanical breakdowns, maintains fire alarm/emergency systems, and participates in budgeting and staffing decisions. Requires a high school diploma or GED (associate degree preferred) and a professional license as applicable. The role involves supervising maintenance activities, maintaining logs, and coordinating with administration on repairs and wage adjustments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate degree in vocational field and/or vocational training in electrical, mechanical, architectural engineering, refrigeration, heating and cooling, or plumbing field preferred
- Must be licensed in accordance with current applicable standards, codes, labor laws, etc
