Lead Maintenance

Oversee maintenance team operations, complete work orders for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repairs, and perform preventative inspections on property equipment. Ensure grounds and common areas remain clean, safe, and well-maintained while managing inventory and coordinating with vendors for larger projects. Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies and ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies. Minimum 3–5 years of apartment maintenance experience required, with HVAC certification preferred.
