Lead Maintenance Engineer

Lead and motivate a small team in coordinating maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, gas, and plumbing systems at the Stone manufacturing facility. Diagnose and resolve equipment faults promptly to minimize downtime while implementing preventive maintenance schedules and maintaining accurate records. Carry out repairs and fabrication work, including welding, milling, and turning, and collaborate with outside contractors to coordinate repairs, obtain quotations, and schedule routine PPMs. Work closely with production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure completion of compliance activities such as LEVs, calibration, and inspections. Manage stock of spare parts to minimize cost and maintain all records using the in-house computer system, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies.
