Job Summary
Respond and complete residential service requests for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs. Prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements. Maintain snow removal, cleaning, and maintenance of grounds and common areas while providing residents with outstanding customer service. Requires EPA HVAC certification, bilingual Spanish/English skills, and prior apartment maintenance experience with leadership background. Full-time role in Dallas, TX with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits including medical, 401k, and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Previous apartment maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC
- Strong knowledge of carpentry
- Strong knowledge of plumbing
- Strong knowledge of general electrical
- HVAC (EPA) Certification
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
