Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a machinist in a manufacturing environment

- Strong understanding of material properties, cutting tools, and machining processes for various metals and alloys
- Experience in leading or mentoring junior machinists and contributing to process improvement initiatives
- Ability to perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments and ensure adherence to tight tolerances
