Job Summary
Lead the press crew, oversee product quality and productivity, and manage an 8-unit web press operation. Maintain high-speed delivery output while performing work safely in a standing position for full shifts. Execute mandatory overtime as needed and handle physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs, frequent standing, and occasional climbing or kneeling. Work Wednesday through Saturday from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, 36 hours weekly, with overtime paid at time and a half and night shift differentials. Earn a $1,000 hiring bonus after 12 weeks. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED/HiSET
- 4 years of total printing experience
- 3 years of related printing experience or equipment experience
- Proven mechanical ability
- Proven organizational skills
- Proven interpersonal skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to keep up with a high-speed delivery output in a standing position for a full shift
- Basic verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform work productively and safely
- Reliable; good attendance
- Ability to work at a rapid pace
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to a maximum of 50 lbs. frequently
- Frequent standing, walking, handling, and reaching/working overhead capability
- Occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, sitting, crouching, and crawling capability
- Good visual acuity
- Good manual dexterity
- Ability to wear hearing protection, eye protection, and safety shoes
- Mandatory overtime availability
