Job Summary
Lead ML Engineer (Manager IC) role focused on designing, building, and productionizing ML models and data pipelines for transformer-based self-supervised learning at scale. Collaborate with Product and Data Science teams to deliver models that power fraud, marketing, and servicing use cases. Responsibilities include architecture decisions, model training and validation, code development and review, retraining and monitoring in production, and building cloud-based ML infrastructure with CI/CD, governance, and risk considerations. Strong emphasis on Python/Scala/Java, PyTorch/TensorFlow, scalable data pipelines, and Responsible/Explainable AI practices. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 6 years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing
- At least 4 years of experience programming with Python, Scala, or Java
- At least 2 years of experience building, scaling, and optimizing ML systems
